Introduction

Hello my name is Tim Maier. I’m here to introduce you to me and my firm. I’m a registered patent attorney. I have been working in the patent business for 15 years.

I founded a firm in Alexandra, Virginia just down the street within walking distance from the U.S Patent and trademark office. We get our experience in the field as former patent examiners and I come from a long line of patent attorneys, which started their careers out in the patent office and transitioned to very successful private practitioners both in house and in private law firms.

My firm here, we specialize in all aspects of patent law, intellectual property law. We do patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets. We do patent in trademark prosecution, preparation and prosecution; we draft applications and file them before the United States patent office; we also focus on post-grant proceedings such as licensing issues.

Helping our clients monetize their patents. Patent landscape analysis. We file reexamination request both inter-partes and ex parte. We also focus on litigation for our clients.
